The ‘POWER Health Systems National and Provincial Stakeholders Workshop’, hosted by Save the Children International (SCI), the Aga Khan University Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health (AKU COE-WCH), and UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (UKCEH), was held yesterday at Serena Hotel, Islamabad to initiate a discussion on a collaborative proposal which focuses on targeted research to strengthen health service delivery and resilience in low-and middle-income countries (LMICs) in the context of Extreme Weather Events (EWEs) caused by the changing climate.
